Thank you for shopping at Kaftanoza. We are committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please review our policies below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic Shipping (Morocco & USA): Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kaftanoza is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This applies particularly to international orders.
4. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange.
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- To start a return, please contact us at kaftanoza@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at kaftanoza@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
