1. About KAFTANOZA

KAFTANOZA creates Moroccan caftans, takchitas, djellabas and abayas. Many pieces are handcrafted or prepared after an order is placed. Small variations in embroidery, texture or colour may occur and are part of the handmade character of the product.

2. Product information and sizing

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, colours and measurements accurately. Screen settings and the handmade nature of our products can cause slight differences. Please consult the size guide and select your size and length carefully before ordering. If you need assistance, contact us before checkout.

3. Orders and customisation

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and measurement information. Once production or customisation has begun, an order may not be eligible for cancellation. Custom-sized, personalised or modified pieces are final sale except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect, as explained in our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and the transaction currency are displayed on the storefront and at checkout. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after payment is authorised. Taxes, duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination and are governed by our shipping policy and applicable local rules.

5. Production, shipping and delivery
