Welcome to KAFTANOZA. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kaftanoza.com and any purchase made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked below.
1. About KAFTANOZA
KAFTANOZA creates Moroccan caftans, takchitas, djellabas and abayas. Many pieces are handcrafted or prepared after an order is placed. Small variations in embroidery, texture or colour may occur and are part of the handmade character of the product.
2. Product information and sizing
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, colours and measurements accurately. Screen settings and the handmade nature of our products can cause slight differences. Please consult the size guide and select your size and length carefully before ordering. If you need assistance, contact us before checkout.
3. Orders and customisation
Sizing, length, colour, sleeves and embroidery adjustments are free. Choose your size and length, or the custom option, and place your order. Our atelier will contact you using your order details to collect your measurements and preferences, and confirm the requested adjustments before making your piece. You do not need to enter all your measurements at checkout.
For a cancellation or a change unrelated to the measurements our atelier is collecting, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and before production begins. Personalized pieces are subject to our return conditions.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and measurement information. Once production or customisation has begun, an order may not be eligible for cancellation. Custom-sized, personalised or modified pieces are final sale except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect, as explained in our Refund Policy.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and the transaction currency are displayed on the storefront and at checkout. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after payment is authorised. Taxes, duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination and are governed by our shipping policy and applicable local rules.
5. Production, shipping and delivery
Free worldwide delivery
Estimated delivery: 10 days from your order, for all destinations. This is the total time, including preparation, crafting and transport, for standard and custom orders—not an additional shipping period.
Your parcel is tracked and insured. We send photos of your finished piece for approval before dispatch, then email your tracking number. For custom orders, please reply promptly when our atelier contacts you to confirm your measurements and preferences. Carrier, customs or confirmation delays can affect the estimate.
Delivery, return and alteration details
6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Eligibility depends on whether the order is standard-sized, custom-sized, defective, damaged or incorrect. Do not send an item back without contacting us first. The applicable conditions, deadlines and evidence requirements are stated in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, logos, graphics and designs published on this website belong to KAFTANOZA or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written authorisation.
8. Website use and liability
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Our responsibility is otherwise limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
