We cut, embroider, and finish your piece in 5 – 6 business days, then dispatch with priority courier. Most parcels arrive in Europe & North America 3 – 4 business days after dispatch. Total door-to-door timeline: around 10 days. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment we ship.

Yes. Choose “Custom Size” on the product page and check-out as usual. Within 12 h our stylist will WhatsApp or email you a quick measurement form. Custom sizing adds 1–2 days to production, but there’s no extra charge.

Because every piece is hand-made to your measurements, returns aren’t practical. If the fit is off by more than 2 cm, send us photos within 7 days and we’ll cover the alteration costs locally or remake the garment—your choice.

We work with Grade-A mulberry silk and rayon-silk blends, authentic sfifa braid and glass beads. All materials are colour-fast tested and sourced in Morocco.
