How to measure
Measure the full circumference: pass the tape around your back, then bring both ends together at the front. Keep it horizontal without tightening. For accuracy, measure over thin, close-fitting clothing; the kaftan is shown for illustration.

How do I choose the right size, and is Custom Sizing free?
Available in S, M, L, XL, XXL, 3XL — plus FREE Custom Sizing for any measurement. Use our Fit Helper above (calculator + size guide) to find your perfect fit instantly.
⚠️ Custom-sized, personalized, or modified orders are FINAL SALE — not eligible for refund or exchange except for proven manufacturing defect.
Can I customize my piece, and can I cancel my order?
Yes! Every piece can be personalized for FREE — size, color, length, sleeves. Add preferences in the order instructions field at checkout.
Cancellation accepted only within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12h, the atelier may have started production. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.

How long does delivery take, and how do I track my order?
Total = Processing time + Shipping time. Shipped worldwide via our carrier.
- Standard sizes: 3–7 days processing + 5–9 days shipping
- Custom-sized: 7–14 days processing + 5–9 days shipping
By region: USA & Canada 5–9 days · Europe & UK 5–7 days · Rest of world 7–21 days. Tracking number sent by email at shipment.

Are customs duties included? What if my package is lost?
Customs duties & taxes are NOT included. Buyer's sole responsibility. If you refuse to pay customs and the package returns, you pay original AND return shipping. Custom-sized orders non-refundable in this case.
For lost packages: file a claim with the carrier within 48h, notify us within 7 days at contact@kaftanoza.com with the incident report. Late claims not eligible.

What is your return policy?
Standard sizes: Eligible for size exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping by buyer + 15% restocking fee.
Custom-sized or personalized: FINAL SALE — not eligible for return except for proven manufacturing defects.

What if my piece has a defect or doesn't match the photos?
For genuine defects: notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@kaftanoza.com with clear photos/video. Late or non-documented claims will not be considered.
NOT considered defects: Slight color variations (screen/lighting/dye batch), minor variations in embroidery placement or density. These are part of the artisanal charm.
What should I do BEFORE filing a payment dispute?

Filing a chargeback before contacting us is a breach of these terms. We provide all order documentation, tracking, photos, and proof of delivery to defend the charge.

Are your kaftans really handmade?
Yes — every single piece. Pearl beadwork set one by one (never glued), gold-thread embroidery hand-stitched on velvet/silk. Pieces take 3–14 days to craft. Quality cannot be rushed.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
We strive for accuracy. Colors may vary slightly due to screen and lighting. Each piece is handmade, so minor variations in embroidery placement are part of the artisanal charm. If unsure, ask on WhatsApp BEFORE ordering — we'll send real photos.
