We cut, embroider, and finish your piece in 5 – 6 business days, then dispatch with priority courier. Most parcels arrive in Europe & North America 3 – 4 business days after dispatch. Total door-to-door timeline: around 10 days. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment we ship.

Yes. Choose “Custom Size” on the product page and check-out as usual. Within 12 h our stylist will WhatsApp or email you a quick measurement form. Custom sizing adds 1–2 days to production, but there’s no extra charge.

Because every piece is hand-made to your measurements, returns aren’t practical. If the fit is off by more than 2 cm, send us photos within 7 days and we’ll cover the alteration costs locally or remake the garment—your choice.

We work with Grade-A mulberry silk and rayon-silk blends, authentic sfifa braid and glass beads. All materials are colour-fast tested and sourced in Morocco.

Dry-clean only, preferably at a specialist familiar with silk. Store it in the breathable dust-bag we provide; avoid hanging in direct sunlight to preserve colour.

EU & US orders under personal-use thresholds usually clear without extra fees. For other regions, local duties may apply; the courier will contact you if anything is due.

If you have an urgent date, message us on WhatsApp before ordering. We can often prioritise production and use 2-3 day express shipping for an extra fee.

Our kaftans are single-layer gowns, often belted. Takchitas are two-piece (under-dress + over-dress) and typically heavier on embroidery—suited for weddings and formal events.

Each order comes in a reusable, non-woven dust-bag and a recyclable outer pouch. We skip plastic hangers and minimise excess paper to keep waste low.
