Measure the full circumference: pass the tape around your back, then bring both ends together at the front. Keep it horizontal without tightening. For accuracy, measure over thin, close-fitting clothing; the kaftan is shown for illustration.

Free worldwide delivery
Estimated delivery: 10 days from your order, for all destinations. This is the total time, including preparation, crafting and transport, for standard and custom orders—not an additional shipping period.
Your parcel is tracked and insured. We send photos of your finished piece for approval before dispatch, then email your tracking number. For custom orders, please reply promptly when our atelier contacts you to confirm your measurements and preferences. Carrier, customs or confirmation delays can affect the estimate.
Import duties and local taxes, if applicable, are payable by the customer and are separate from our free delivery. If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us with your order number so we can help you check the tracking and contact the courier.
Made for you, at no extra customization charge
Sizing, length, colour, sleeves and embroidery adjustments are free. Choose your size and length, or the custom option, and place your order. Our atelier will contact you using your order details to collect your measurements and preferences, and confirm the requested adjustments before making your piece. You do not need to enter all your measurements at checkout.
For a cancellation or a change unrelated to the measurements our atelier is collecting, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and before production begins. Personalized pieces are subject to our return conditions.

🧺 Cleaning
- Dry clean only is strongly recommended (especially for beaded or embroidered pieces)
- If hand-washing is unavoidable: cold water, mild soap, never wring or twist
- Never use bleach, fabric softener, or harsh detergents
- Never machine wash, even on delicate cycle
♨️ Ironing & Steaming
- Iron on low heat only, always inside out
- Always use a protective cotton cloth between the iron and the fabric
- Never iron directly over embroidery, pearls, or beading
- A garment steamer is the safest option — hold 4–6 inches from fabric
👘 Storage
- Hang on a padded hanger (never wire — it deforms the shoulders)
- Store in a dark, dry place, away from direct sunlight
- Cover with a breathable garment bag (not plastic, which traps moisture)
- Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, and makeup — apply BEFORE dressing
💎 Before Wearing
- Apply perfume and makeup BEFORE putting on the kaftan
- Try on with clean, dry hands
- After wearing: hang and air out for a few hours before storing
